I'm using every new money for buy back BTS from poloniex.com,
and then I transfer them to my wallet
and then I trade in wallet

before you transfer any bits (eg. BTC) to poloniex
check poloniewallet adres last activity first at https://cryptofresh.com/u/poloniexwallet
sometimes they have frozen withdraws (and deposits)
