Contrary to the claim of OP, BTSX interface represents the very essence of an exchange.  Now if some  are confused , they do not have a firm grasp of what stock exchange/trading  is all about. All they want is the value of btsx to be on upward trend. Practice the art of hedging and see how great the software and the concept of BM's masterpiece.  Though it has only several assets to trade the concept is potentially great. Just imagine , three or four years from now, an investor can hedge its btsx to premium assets such as BitFord, BitBMW, BitFacebook, BitAlibaba and many commodities that can be pegged by the bitshares X ecosystem. Best of all you can hedge and trade all you want 24/7 without calling your stock broker .

How is the UI not pretty? I think it's very well done.
The wallet makes basically no sense to a normal person. I gather that's to be expected at this point.

I totally understand where you're coming from but it's meant for traders and shareholders, not average people. I have always assumed there will be simple BitAsset specific apps.

I don't know I'm a point and click guy but I find the wallet pretty well done.

I'm not even much of a trader but I understand the layout it's very familiar even if you've ever used a crypto-currency exchange. I also like the featured markets feature. It seems like it is coming along nicely to me. I think BitSapphire is also working on something too. These are the kind of things I can be really critical of but I have been impressed.

Looking forward to the new competing on yield system and less frequent updates though.

Yep! Good point! BM shall not scatter at intervals this kind of "uncertain" ideas which impact greatly the market. Contrarily, the quality of wallet needs improving well.

Focusing all efforts on a single blockchain will allow them to solve the core issues.

It's true that the wallet is extremely awkward. My orders on the BitBTC/BTSX market are refused most of the time ("insufficient funds"), announced lowest ask & bid are always wrong (in my case). It doesn't feel like it actually works.

Can you make a stable BTSX wallet before proposing new ideas?
3 months past, BTSX wallet still has tons of bugs. Besides the ugly UI, no connection issue comes now and then. Meanwhile, I don't know what's the hell of the notification means:

Because of the awkward wallet, a lot of people just choose not to open it, resulting in inactive internal market trading. Please do the most important thing and stop bragging.

Would a merger of chains allow more man power to be put on making a pretty UI, instead of them splitting their time up between DACs?I am thinking yes

I do like FBI.

It stands for "Female Body Inspection", right?
Lack of arbitrage is the problem, isn't it. And this 'should' solves it.
