No offense, but you need to understand that the mind of an investor who owns large percent shares is very different from those who invest BTS just for fun. The latter always want to see something big and quick. Change the world fast or die fast, don't hesitate, just do it!  On the other hand, the former consider more about any change that may cause the loss of their investment, therefore they keep giving proposals. As the BTS grows, we need to be more cautious on every step. Which group of guys are more important to the system?

I don't think it's a good idea to tuck them away. The periphery dialog to the proposals are often more important than the proposals themselves.

Create a board dedicated to proposals. It would consolidate the clutter and give those that want to discuss it an area to play.

I, for one, think this atmosphere of open ideas is great, and creates fertile ground for developing ideas that are most likely to survive in this darwinian DAC space.

Although not of the same opinion... in my view anybody should be free to make proposals, just BM and the team should focus on delivering instead of thinking about new ideas/proposals.

But funny title and OP!

I am in favor of this proposal. Let us implement it immediately!

I think all further proposals will be on this form:

"Sup guys im a developer I want to implement and maintain X if my delegate with payrate Y gets voted in."

I can definitely live with that. It should be easy for the community to scrutinize and determine if such a person is worth the money. Since they have to pay 2 weeks salary up front to register the delegate, we can even keep them on a trial period of two weeks to see if they get anything done. If they're useless after two weeks we can just vote them out again and tell them to either keep working for free until they can prove to us they are profitable, or just leave.

Either way we will have lost nothing.
