Tell us what you think it will cost and I'll pay it in BitUSD which you can sell for BTS if necessary.

You will need to provide us with your real identity to get paid.

Can we do a mumble session or something and talk about requirements before I do any derisking?
Also Woocommerce will be similar in specs to Opencart plugin?

Sure.   When do you want to go on it?

I am available today and now.. I actually have taken the day off work :) Where do I go? I  haven't used mumble before.. I usually do google hangouts.. Is there a server I connect to for mumble?

Now.. sending you PM

My PHP experience is limited to very briefly dabbling with some Peercoin websites so I think I'll better let someone else handle this.

I think the current modules are a good place to start but work still would need to be done to integrate.. for example if more than bitusd were to be accepted a selection needs to be done..and then a conversion. I think it can be pretty intuitive with bts if currency pegged assets are used as a form of payment...

I see real value in this plugin and would like to focus on making it right instead of just hacking something together... it could be a visual indicator of how the system would work from a customer perspective and could be a key cornerstone in bitAsset acceptance in general.

Bitpays integeration goes against the spec as it uses a third party (bitpay api key) and this would work on a local daemon instead or even just a blockchain/webwallet url which would it would post/monitor the transaction,

I request a full written spec on what it should/shouldn't do.. and then we can work methodically instead of just putting something together on a whim. Let's do this the right way.

Why not fork a Bitcoin Opencart payment module? It seems like that would be quicker.

https://github.com/btcgear/OpenCart_Bitcoin
https://github.com/bitpay/opencart-plugin

Btw.. Woocommerce > Opencart

Do you pay with BTS or bitUSD or some other asset? Is this part of the spec? If you do BTS or something then you need to configure a price feed within the plugin.

I am looking for someone who can head up integration with OpenCart which will require PHP skills.

It would be helpful to find a Step by Step guide on how to integrate a new payment gateway.  We will then use JSON RPC with the BTS wallet as the payment gateway.

It seems like it should be as easy as adding a BTS URL "pay now" button that included the invoice ID and amount and then have the website automatically detect when a transaction has come in with the proper invoice ID and amount.   No 3rd party providers necessary.

I am prepared to pay a reasonable sum for a quick, simple, elegant integration with Open Cart.    Perhaps SVK and other web developers on here can get that done for us.  It is of greater value than just about any other web task right now.
