Where is the asset creation in GUI?

There is in the console but asset creation is not in the GUI anymore.
Also the upgrade to delegate in GUI.

You can still create assets and register delegates on the gui (using the console (:  ) ... but those are ADVANCED features and regular users and traders need not be exposed to them .. IMHO

In the beginning we had PLENTY of issues with users that registered as a delegate and found themselves not scanning for transactions because of this!
Those that need a delegate and those that need an asset should be required to do some more work (research,reading,discussion)
