不理解3I要退还捐赠的PTS(Why 3I return the donated PTS?)

为什么我只收到大概捐赠1/4的PTS？ 还有一半多都没看见了。。。  :'( :'( :'(

画蛇添足，多此一举，根本没必要退还，既然3I声明给PTS拍了遗照，让PTS自生自灭就行了。

英文版有会员想复活PTS，但提出如果改成DPOS的话，3i依然持有大比例的PTS，这样他没有动力去复活，因为如果复活后，3i还持有大量PTS的话，那么复活后的受托人席位肯定就全部被3i拿走。暂时不清楚是否跟这个事有关联，只是提供信息。

3I这么做觉得很对得起早期的投资者了，那么多的PTS，3I持有想卖卖不掉，占着又没用，跟鸡肋一样，现在有人想复活PTS，作为一个新的DPOS币参与市场竞争，那么受益的肯定是PTSER，而不是3I。作为PTS，还能继续得到社区PTS持有者的更多支持，好事。

绝对对得起最早期5～20元附近那批，那批绝对大赚了，不过pts 120以上站岗的只有bts 0.33元多点出了的那批基本可以欣慰的高兴出的及时，现在再得10元补贴。以下的就比较复杂不好说了，损失盈利均衡吧。

本来我一直在想，3i那么多pts，究竟会如何处理。会不会砸盘，或者拉高出货坑人。
