A high price (besides more funding since I3 holds BTS I assume) has only one purpose: Reaffirmation of your own judgement. Most ppl do not have an own judgement at all and entirely rely on others. The price is the cumulative judgement of all other market participants.

Better do more research and form your own opinion than following the price/other's opinions. The latter never worked. The first is the basis for all good value investors!

look at the price of BTS.  :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Sure BTS is down more than others today but everything is down because BTC is down.  If you're worried about downward movements, you could hedge BTS holdings with bitUSD.  IMO, BTS will be more volatile in the short term until the 1.0 client is released.. and since BTS traders know the client isn't going to be available until the end of the year they're willing to selloff BTS for other positions that may turn higher yield in the short term.  Patience is the name of the game in this biz.  8)

And regards to what 'valuable thing 3I did recently'.... nearly everything from what I can tell  :-X

It's more depressing for me once bts become bullish and I did not buy as many bts while price is cheap.

If you look at cmc it's rising and falling with the others. Also, ETC seems to be on a bit of a charge.

While the price may be depressing I'm quite happy with the development progress. They are making good progress, squashing bugs and adding new features at a steady pace so there's no reason to be concerned about that IMO.

Whining does not help.

Be constructive or at least do not demotivate the developers.

Is Dan Nostein (sp) still here? I think toast spoke highly of him.

Is it possible to create futures trading inside Bitshares?

Yes blockchain already supports it even though the wallet doesn't expose it

what kind of futures model are we talking about ?

If what values those guys is just the price of bts or the money you earn from buying it, f*ck it, I don't give a sh*t about what you thinking. Cn-members update almost everything everyday asap , but you chose to ignore them, and bring meaningless negative emotions here. Try to learn some respect or just turn to btc please, because when the price of btc goes down, you have no team to blame.
