Can you check if your binary works as expected.
Many linux users experience problems described in link below.
Cause of the problems have not been identified, yet.

So there is no easy way to get a Bitshares wallet for Linux?
Compiling isn't that hard imho.

So there is no easy way to get a Bitshares wallet for Linux?
Just download the source and follow instructions from BUILD_UBUNTU.md. If your distro is not Ubuntu, it should be all the same except for using an appropriate package installer instead of apt-get.

I only see the Windows and the Mac clients. Is there a Linux version download link?
