It's Spam, you were sent a personal message by another user on the forums. Ignore it and don't click the link. Can you edit your post to remove that link so no one else clicks it, because it kinda looks like you are also the spammer as you are helping spread that same link. Edit: Thanks for removing the link.

I didn't click on the link but it sounds like a scam.  They may be phishing for your Stellar credentials.  Unless you really think that they want to give you $40 worth of something for free....
