So as many of you already know last month Apple released OSX Yosemite: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OS_X_Yosemite

Privacy issues:
Spotlight on Yosemite by default reports the user's current location (at the city level) and all their search queries to Apple and third parties.
Reporting by Spotlight can be disabled by the user, although, even if this is done, the Safari web browser will continue to send search terms to Apple unless the function is separately disabled. It has been claimed that many other components of the operating system send data to Apple by default.

After reading about the privacy issues, I've decided to look for an opensource OS that looks like a mac (personal taste). I've come across Elementary OS: http://elementaryos.org/ before and thought, hey maybe it's a good idea if Bitshares partners with the developers of Elementary and the developers could add an option during the install process to the install the Bitshares software.

I believe that we should reach out to not just Elementary but to all opensource OS developers that may be interested in this idea.
It would be a great way to get spread the joys of Bitshares, while being less work for the user, instead of going to the bitshares website, it's an option during the install process.
