Who will provide the greatest value to the DAC (blockchain) at the least cost.
That's a nice overarching statement, and I thank you for that. Very helpful.

Reliability, Diversity, Real ID, and other services rendered to the community including block explorers, software development, marketing, etc.

So basically anything that the DAC designs the delegates to do? Am I correct in assuming this?

Yes

Excellent. That's all I needed to know. Thank you for your time and I hope to share more discussion with you in the future.

I've been reading the wiki for some time now. I can't gather if delegates compete or not. If they do compete, what parameters do they compete on? Any enlightening is appreciated.

Compete for shareholder approval.

Forgive me, I should have phrased my question better. How do they compete? What are the factors that a delegate could compete on in order to win shareholder approval?
