All we need is for a bank to turn fiat to bitUSD/bitCNY etc......

From their we can have coinbase like companies that will allow the amazon's, overstock's etc.

How do we get the bank to turn USD/CNY into bitUSD/bitCNY?  Do we have the same protocols as Ripple?

I don't think we should aim to get merchants to integrate bitUSD in the near term. Once we have easy to use bitUSD -> BTC gateways, such as shapeshift, we can have them implemented directly in the wallets and then seamlessly use the bitcoin network as our payments network.

every crypto tech guy should be able to implement that ... it's just that you not ask your bank for the transactions spreadsheet but the blockchain ..
