Check out https://github.com/BitShares/bitshares/issues/1177.

It appears this is a known regression, and I posted some screens in the GH issue of how I solved in the meantime.

With an export made in v0.4.27.1 on OSX, importing as well in v0.4.27.1 gives error http://cl.ly/image/2t322I091D2T.
