What functionality can we expect from Protocol 1.0?

i am just curious which possible feature could we expect with protocol 1.0 could be available?

I am aware that this is not client implemented, but will lay the basis for the next 6 month?

Are this feature possible?

1. Automated monthly money transfers to a specific account? (Abo Models for Merchants or Contentproviders)
