US legal consultation for bitshares delegates, shared resources/new delegate?

We need an initiative like this. Would be great if our wiki had a legal overview page.
Also, you may want to check with Fuzzy as he had some similar ideas for a delegate.

Those are all good questions. I have a lot of accounting/tax questions as well, but I suppose that's another adventure.

Which state are you in?

You're going to get legal advice regardless of the delegate situation, right? The delegate would be funding future legal consultation?
