Somewhat related, while watching the latest TED talk yesterday, I find out about http://compte-nickel.fr/

An instant bank account service in France, where you can find the teller machine in groceries store, etc. The registration fee is around $20 or something like that. Obviously we can come out with a better and cheaper solution than that.

this should be implementable quite easily .. and with a 5sec average confirmation time DPOS coins/shares would be alot cooler to use here ..

How is up to that task?!?
@cass .. would you design a paperwallet for bitUSD specifically to carry a private key?
