The best way to get tech support from bter.com is through their chat, using QQ.
Just click on that little green penguin icon on their front page.

Always resolved promptly for me anyway. Hope this helps.

I get the following error message when trying to transfer BTS to my new account in bitshares.
I use my public key with no memo.

Error message:
"cancelled:BTS account is not registered or memo is too long"


What can I do?
Anyone know of a way I can write bter.com support in english?
