Go %appdata%/bitshares
Then delete everything EXCEPT wallet folder.
And restart the client

Did that no instances of bitshares running. still doing the same thing... :(

I had the same thing. Go in Task manager and make sure that there is no instance of Bitshare running.

Really need help with this If someone knows how to fix this. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the wallet and still doing the same thing.

My BTS wallet crashed yesterday and now when I try to open it I get the crash detected error message and after a period of time gives me the option to send a report and close program. My wallet will not open at all. I need help with this. I am using windows 7.
