I totally agree .. and from my understanding .. there is nothing standing in the way of having a decentralized domain pointing to a decentralized service routed through TOR to access your decentralized wallet carrying bitCNY :o

I think the web_wallet's currently developed will be open source .. so whenever a site is "taken down" .. another site pops up ..
thanks.that is a way.
and I think once many service can be hosted on a decentralized platform, the service may be more stable and safer.

I am also concern a program called Storj which aim to realize decentralized could storage.  the website is  http://storj.io
Storj has been testing its network since one month ago.

I wonder whether our web wallet or some delegates can be hosed on Storj. If hosted on a decentralized storage plattform ,our web wallet will never be shut down.
