I live in Germany, I Shapeshifted money to my BTS id, it still isn't available

Make sure you use the latest version (0.6.0 should work but the most recent is 0.6.2) and make sure your wallet is fully synched(type getinfo in the console to check) other than that I can not be of any help, perhaps a rescan could help?

I shifted a sum of money to my BTS id this morning (kencode). Shapeshift say it went thru, yet it still does not show in my transactions or my balance.

Is that because I live in Germany and the Bitshares magician lives in California or something and he just hasn't woken up yet?

What are the bell times at Bitshares anyway?
