Just an example here. Username "toast" has left the company and (I guess) is working at NOTE (or is it MUSIC?).
Anyway, I assume his node is still processing blocks tho, right?
Even tho he quit coding?
 
The block explorer though still shows him at payrate 100% ...

So, if he is only half-working for BitShares then shouldn't his payrate be cut in half too?
