I am doing testing on my own mining pool with about 10 computers right now and getting about 10% rejects due to stale blocks... another side effect of so much hash power and slow difficulty adjustment... give it a few days

When you finish, I will switch to you pool, because, I think, fee should go to developers!

Is it possible to get a copy of the pool software setup for my server? Give me a reasonable PTS price via PM if possible. This thing is going to get hammered with users, so I'd rather have a pool up for myself and a few of my buddies in case things go down.

Yes, but it's can be changed to be able to do solo, like for PrimeCoin (IMHO):

It's a same guy which created PrimeCoin pool, if he upload the source to github, we will be able easy change it to solo miner as for PrimeCoin (-xmp) but he want to get a profit first ;-)

It looks like xolo's primeminer. Xolo's miner can't do solo as far as I know.

This bounty will be paid once a working mining pool is deployed to a server provided by Invictus Innovations.

ProtoShares supports the GetWork protocol which should scale better given the harder hashing algorithm that limits the hash rate to about 1hz per computer.   Because of the different nature of this proof of work you should not run out of nonce search space.

The bounty will be paid in BTC at the BitStamp price at the time of payment.

EDIT:  I am canceling this bounty now that it is obviously more profitable to run your own pool than to be paid by me
