Well here's 0.9.1 the latest for windows:
https://bitshares.org/binaries/BitShares-v0.9.1.exe

Make sure you backup your wallet to a json file first (use the menu at the top to do the backup)
Copy that json file to a secure location and usb stick if possible.
Copy your /wallets folder to the stick too, just for safe keeping.

Extract 0.9.1 and install it. Allow it to upgrade everything.
Run the new version (it should pull up your wallet just fine).
Give it 5 hours to download and fully resync the blockchain.

I'm not a windows guy anymore, so if any of this is wrong, one of the Devs will correct me, but this safeguards your wallet most importantly.
I have paged a couple Devs too, so they can see my post here and verify...

Hey everyone,

I'm wanting to update from 0.8.0 to 0.9.0 and have seen that most people are saying the wallet is running stable on 0.9.0.
I guess I have a few questions before I do the upgrade...

1) Do I need to (or still recommended) delete the roaming/app/data folder before installing new version (running Win 8.1)
2) After install and block chain re-synced, is it still needed to shut down and restart client to work out some bugs.
3) Any other bugs I should be aware of after the install?

I'm only asking these questions so others can benefit from this thread and I also need to minimize downtime as much as possible, so any help/suggestions from the community would be appreciated!

Thank you in advance!
