I didn't want to imply that NXT is better than BTS.

I don't think that NXT can ever attract serious VCs to invest in NXT (they have claimed huge deals in the past that never materialized so I left that boat long time ago). BTS has the potential to change EVERYTHING. NXT launched 8 months earlier so it is normal to be ahead of us in some aspects.

They are named the same but Nxt Vote is completely different from BitShares Vote.

Nxt Vote is just a private poll that a Nxt user can create to collect other Nxt users' opinions.

Nice feature but not a game changer in my opinion.

BitShares Vote is a much bigger thing (as it involves confirming real-life user identity) so it going to take much longer to develop.
