BTS has 5 point behind the dot, so i would say it would be 19.88228 BTS, but i don't know for sure, maybe some devs can confirm that.
Not a dev .. but yes .. BTS has a precision of 10,000 .. you could verify this by taking a look at "blockchain_get_asset BTS"

And if I am seeing something like this, 19882281 means 1.9882281 BTS right?
Code: [Select]
"original_balance": 7287930,
        "vested_balance": 1988228,
        "claimed_balance": 0,
        "available_balance": 1988228

So I havn't touched any of the locked-up BTS balance from the merger, which are mostly from AGS and VOTE.
What I am thinking of doing is to import all the keys (from AGS and VOTE) into a new BTS address just to make sure that it is organized and I can better track my vesting balance. My question is whether it will work because I have already claimed my BTS from the AGS post 28/2/2014. Will I be able to dump the same keys and claim different things (i.e the BTS pre and post merger) on different BTS address?
