Unlimited, but at a cost per byte, and it can be either public or encrypted.  I'll update with a source if I find where I read that...

How long is memo in BTS 2.0?
IIRC, current memo size is 51 bytes. Will it be remained in 2.0 or will become longer or shorter? (My preference is longer memo size)
