Guessing this project is dead... That murderistic guy really struck out with his bitshares ventures. As far as I can tell everything he's worked on failed.

Mr. Tiffany just called me last week out of the blue to talk about several big applications for BitShares he is working on this year.  Apparently his previous deals fell through so he has been rebuilding.  He sounded positive about them, but as always, an entrepreneur's life is about getting smacked down and getting back up a lot of times.  We'll just have to wait and see.

I'm not promising anything.  Just answering your question on one man's apparent status.  In the words of Monty Python, "He's not dead yet."

Thanks, and it's good to hear that he is still working on BTS business's.  Can you confirm that the Peak plans are no longer relevant?

Next time I chat with him I'll ask.  Don't know whether this is under a new name or not.  But there is still a strong affiliate marketing and gaming industry component to some of the projects he mentioned.

Meanwhile, Murderistic is recovering from a sad personal loss while still managing to come up with more potential opportunities.

It's all about continuing to drill wells until you strike oil.

So,August is going to end, what happen to PEAK?
I assume they didn't count BTS as an important partner,so this is the result.
you have to admit bts suck,as Stan.

What makes you think anything happened to them? The world doesn't revolve around this forum.

Probably because we were supposed to see the second part of the announcement soon

"Our Chief of Acquisitions and Visionary Officer, Justin LaFountain, has been spearheading a whole new crypto currency venture maybe even bigger than gaming. Its flagship website will soon debut as a one-stop education and shopping site for everything about crypto.
Sounds very promising, do we know the website yet?

I do, but since they want to rethink everything about it based on BitShares integration, they are currently not making it public until ready - the old one is out there though, if you know where to look.  Second announcement from them may clear some things up later this month.
everything come from stans mouth was unlikelihood

Yep.  Still coming.  Justin has been sick, so they may not make their July target for Part 2.
Steve assured me it will be out "as soon as they can manage it."

Everybody has their target dates and everybody has obstacles to overcome.
Opportunities and challenges pop up and cause strategies to keep evolving.

Two unannounced partners completely reworked their plans in July.
Three decided not to publish anything until they are completely ready.

For these reasons we've only managed to announce six pieces of the puzzle so far,
and the Summer is already 5 weeks gone!

But lots of stuff is happening behind the scenes and we've still got over 8 weeks of Summer to go.

Partnership announcements will occur on our partners' time tables.
We are just happy to have so many great new partners to work with!

Most of the posts on this forum complain about not enough advance information on things.
We try to stay open about as much as we can but try not to make any promises in this uncertain world.

Still, I guess there's always somebody who'll try to turn an encouraging word into a broken promise if they can.

:)

Everything will always take longer than you expect it will, because some of the many possible low probability events that could derail your plan will occur, even if each individual possibility has a low chance of happening.

Stan, and the Bitshares dev team, seem to never account for the planning fallacy.

To be fair, neither do most anyone else. :)
Ethereum is about to launch over 4 months late today.

And probably a year from now they'll be waiting for important features just like we are right now waiting for BTS 2.0.

The price is a bit frustrating right now

The only thing I see is smart and highly motivated people trying their best to accomplish a amazing project.

I don't understand why doubting all the time about them. If there is no news ready for the public right now, so be it. There will be more to come on the next weeks.

Let's be patient  ;)

The price is a bit frustrating right now but the best we can do is maintain the good mood in the community.
