You have to sync your wallet first before receiving your PTS. If adding nodes doesn't work, you can download the latest wallet(Version 0.4.0) if you are using Window OS. It has IP nodes built in.

my wallet is showing no available source ts updated and tried nodes but all is in vein. so i like to know that can i receive moneywithout syncing the wallet or not
