How do new witnesses or users get added to either the Telegram chat channel or spartako_bot app for telegram?

I'm not able to get on, tho I can find the BitsharesBot and send commands, but I get nothing back.

My new phone uses Telegram ID @Verbal Techguy

I created a bot in telegram for monitoring witnesses and other commands:
@spartako_bot

It is already in the bitshares group so if you send commands it works.
I suggest for witnesses open a private chat with @spartako_bot and give the command:
/monitor <YOUR_WITNESS>
so in this way the bot don't spam in the group chat when your witness miss blocks.

/help command:

/missed WITNESS
/monitor WITNESS
/stopmonitor WITNESS
/listmonitor

I've written it this morning so it not so clean the code...

That makes it even easier to implement a whole fu*** wallet into telegram .. awesome!!
