I never imported my Notes on the Bitshares blockchain  I donated for the fund raising with Multibit wallet, I did not imported my AGS/PTS either so could I do that in the Muse ? Should I do it before the snapshot ? Thanks

you can do this after the snapshot if you want .. shouldn't make any difference

We will also need some traders to start a market for muse_USD

So the MUSE blockchain will have bitassets or is this something else?

Does this mean that by oct 13 we should remove all orders to buy NOTES in the Bitshares DEX?

After Oct 13 will people be dumping worthless NOTES in the dex because they have already been snapshotted?

Yes, after snapshot people be dumping worthless NOTES and get worthless BTS 1.0  :) because MUSE and BTS 1.0 to BTS 2.0 will be snapshotted at same block.  :)
