Keyhotee is developed by a dedicated team of fulltime developes as far as I know. They get paid by Invictus which uses the community funds to do such things.

Afaik all improtant keyfeatures are build buy fulltime devs. The bounties are rather small tasks.

I found that in the subforum--Bountiful Bounties, many key development issues are resolved by bounty. So I wonder, are there enough full-time talented programmers in 3I? After all, bounty can not guarantee the stability of development and the long time maintenance or update afterwards. I think this could a main reason for that the keyhotee was delayed? Anyway, keyhotee actually is relatively simple and  has little innovation compared with the sophisticated Bitshare system. I am worried that if keyhotee is delayed by 1 month, we would expect that Bitshare be delayed by 1 year...
