Memory is hazy, but if it serves the answer I found to that was basically only if you don't need to (you need to be accredited)

edit: which I find to be an irony because in my mind one of the functions of market pegged assets, once more feeds get introduced, is to expand investment opportunities to everybody regardless of how much they can chip in or how credentialed they are as an investor.
