Sell and buy order overlap!

Some decided to sell an asset and buy the asset with BTS for the same  price?
What if someone places an order to sell and an order to buy that was the same?

This is normal operation.  They would match and a trade would take place at that price.  If i understand the question. 

What if someone placed and order to sell  ASSET @ 20 BTS and an order to buy ASSET @ 30 BTS, so that the orders overlap.

I think whichever order was received first by the signing witness for that block would be the price it was executed at.
If the buy @ 30 was received before the sell.  the trade would happen at 30
If the sell @ 20 was received before the buy.  the trade would happen at 20
