No exchange is taking place - you'd just be sending MMC to a MMC address.

*note, this is not possible yet in the interface, just wanted to put it out there.

How would the exchange rate be calculated?

Not sure if we want to unleash this on the altcoin world, but wanted to make the community aware of the possiblity of cross-coin tipping.

Here's how it would work

1. Someone presents an address for tipping, let's say it is a FTC address.
2. You enter the FTC address in the MemoryCoin wallet send field - it converts it automatically to an MMC address.
3. Send
4. Alert the recipient - they import their FTC private key into MemoryCoin wallet.

The big potential problem is that the user may not have the private key to their address - they might be using an exchange address - then the funds are lost, or only accessible by the private key holder.
