Hi Fav she has done all that but does not make any difference, she has cleared all cookies etc changed browsers but still showing all the missing buttons

Trying to help......do you have a backup? Could.you restore in another browser to see if it works?

Can anyone out there help PLEASE my daughter has a OL account, but it does not show the same as mine she has it funded and is trying to do permissions, but it keeps saying it is not recorded. also some of her buttons at the top are missing and  also her name at the top right and it should say the amount of BTS that she has, but once again that is missing ,along with her home button and withdraw button, someone on the chat box said it looks like she does not have access to her account, but she can see all her transactions. does anyone know what the problem could be
