Sadly I am not able to use the built-in chat, it uses UDP and I proxy the wallet over Tor (which only does TCP).

Also Helpdesk is not responsive. Made 2 tickets, 1st since middle of July and no answer...

Most of the community is in the telegram or Slack channel and talking there. Sometimes it is confusing in the Chatbox, because we donĀ“t know what kind of interface they use :D OpenLedger? Light client? Compumatrix?

I am online as much as I can and provide some feedback.

I think that it would be beneficial if we had volunteers helping people in the chat rooms (in the wallet).
Because they will turn away if their problems are not solved.

The wallet isn't superb easy to use.

And as I understand the only thing that is holding BitShares back at the moment is little to none liquidity :)

Maybe we could provide some chat_brownies or something for the effort.
