issue them? Sure .. the cli_wallet offers an RPC and its commands can be called via RPC-JSON ... read more here: docs.bitshares.eu/api

issuing custom assets
Hello,

I've spent maybe couple of hours trying to find any docs or descriptions on how to issue custom assets.
Maybe i'm missing some links or looking in a wrong places?

Can somebody point me or explain how can I issue a custom token on a graphene?
