What do you mean by 'wont load it'?

After importing the backup, when you go to your account .. it should say (your account) below the account icon

I have backed up the dat file and tried loading it on my desktop it sees it but wont load it.

Got your keys imported? Can you access and spend funds from desktop or browser wallet?

Mobile Wallet problems
I have a real problem with my mobile wallet. I can see my balance I have BTS.

However when I go to send any of these I can type in a contact to send it to fine but there is no option to select a coin or quantity of any kind.

No idea what to do

My user name is chris34947 and I can see the shares when I look on the Network
