Our group runs a suite of profitable and established Bitcoin Casinos and Sportsbooks. We are seeking funding to grow via private equity or a loan secured our intellectual property, domains, etc. Our properties are likely known by most in the community as they've been around since 2012; however, the management responsible for running these properties has made some mistakes in terms of money spent in marketing, sportsbook risk management, and overall product development.The good news is that management group is moving aside, and we have the original developer back on board to continue to advance the product, as well as some new faces from other big gaming sites in the industry
We have a pitch deck, as well as our private placement documentation. The ultimate goal with money raised is to increase our spend in marketing, as well as our product (new UX, more games, etc). At the same time, we want to refactor our software so we can become a re-seller and enter the B2B marketplace. We're seeking anywhere from US $250,000 - $500,000.
