Hi coguar2,

Appreciate the feedback. But how do I do that, obtain BTS? I'm using the default wallet. I don't even know if that makes sense, none of this does to me.

I send to you 0.4 BTS.
You can do 1 transaction or several position.
If you want work with market - sell some few BTC do gain few BTS.

You're a legend Coguar2, The problem was that I had no BTS even though I had all that BTC. 2 questions

1. How do I pay you back?
2. How could I have obtained the BTS from my BTC? By doing a transfer?

Much appreciate.

1. It's not important for me. If you want - you can transfer, but warning - transfering get 0.23 BTS  comission.
2. You just click to OPEN BTC markets tab, then choose BTS. After all you just need sell some few BTC for BTS. When you do this, your BTC will fall, and your BTS will raise. I think for comfortable trading/transfers you need 1 dollar equivalent of BTS. 10 BTS will enought for trading.

You were right.
In the program it was written that they can withdraw the commission directly from SBD (which would be logical and convenient). But no.

Do you have a Steemit account? I will repay the debt with several upvotes

Don't worry about it :)

Hi,

I facing a somewhat similar issue. I transferred bitcoin to bitshares and now I cannot withdraw it. I keep getting the following error:

Failed to broadcast the transaction:bitshares-crypto digest b4ab1762005dbc11066ace9e3c24fd3a99b3ec02db53842b99e9973ccf57f4ff transaction e8758f56fad5d9286b590100185b00000000000000a6cd168df10575b9d10100000000dd0601036ad58020cae68f13c862de6a6b259a3804399e6c554f4bc22de4deb5cc2c070e0208572ee1329408ef4652cccbfc14257dc39649d1f0194e6efa2eeab41c3f7da4cc27dd974a5d01003063449924c6e60df3a74f37852511793c34cc8035fcd92bf76d45488a1068d963b565b435080ae72593a8af83f1313f530000 {"ref_block_num":30184,"ref_block_prefix":3589953167,"expiration":"2017-07-16T08:50:33","operations":[[0,{"fee":{"amount":"23320","asset_id":"1.3.0"},"from":"1.2.370342","to":"1.2.96397","amount":{"amount":"30521717","asset_id":"1.3.861"},"memo":{"from":"BTS7eHTgYFpuNRUYR8kK7jDQLmcTM1h8EzNjuMKj8n6GnNsudW2jX","to":"BTS4xAQGg2ePLeDGZvQFpsh9CjMhQvRnVkPp6jPoE6neVPotRfZX9","nonce":"384049933526988","message":"63449924c6e60df3a74f37852511793c34cc8035fcd92bf76d45488a1068d963b565b435080ae72593a8af83f1313f53"},"extensions":[]}]],"extensions":[],"signatures":["1f2b720caed72cb6e4a390b1ecd03fefbfbe6c03418da32a828fab3c67f55c56d028f9a6914f922a83a049bc1e448ebd07341019f38b39873b06aa3ab5e55bebc5"]}

There's a pool of BTS available for fees paid in SBD, but it seems to be empty.

It looks like you don't have any BTS in your account for fees.

I've gone ahead and sent you 1BTS.

[coguar2]

I can't buy or sell anything.
