Bitshares not showing up

Hello. I am having the same issue. BTC sent to Bitshares is not showing up even though it's been confirmed. Can you please provide the contact info for customer service that helped you?

I used BlockTrade, Bridge, no worries now as I emailed to support and they reprocessed my transaction and now I see balance credited. Nice customer support.

Hello friends,

Just recently, I sent bitcoin of one of bitcoin addressed mentioned into their desktop application.

As per blockchain.info website, this transactions is already completed with 166 confirmations already but I don't see any balance transferred into my bitshares desktop application. Please help where to get support to resolve this issue, this is my hard earned money..please please..
