I don't think you can do that. But you can get a community-multisig to act as an escrow and release the funds to you as you propose.

Anyone can provide suggestions for improvement and preferably post them here so everyone could see and decide on their relevance.
If the worker thing works out, I'll add the approved ideas to the article (the material that gets into the article needs to be formulated in a specific way in order to be approved by the wiki mods and not put the whole article or chunks of it up for deletion, right now I think I became pretty good at it). If it does not then yeah, anyone can do whatever :)

Don't know much about beyond bitcoin and whaleshares.

I would try to get paid by posting what you do onto Steem, and maybe try to get some whaleshares. You could also join the beyond bitcoin hangout to get publicity. I think you would get some tips if you politely ask for some. Maybe enough to compensate for your work. I will certainly give you a tip.
