When I look up my balance using PTS Wallet ID: PfYjzRyfDVcc1uh8CTn4TQkTTzDaxQ5g78, I get an error saying "We're sorry, but something went wrong". At one point I was able to see my AGS balance, but now I am unable to find it. Can someone please help me resolve this issue? Any help would be very much appreciated.
