Exact Time for BTS X snapshot? GMT or official website?

If I remember correctly, it will be around GMT 24:00pm on 28th Feb, right?  But the count down time on 3I website is not the same, which is confusing. Could someone confirm?

The snapshot is defined by the last block in February, GMT.
The web site countdown is just a coarse estimate of when that will be. 
Its purpose is only to dramatize the fact that time is running out.
