going by this:http://angelshares.info/index.php it looks like pts to ags was basically 1:1. Doesn't that make PTS a better deal, or no?

So i've read a bit into this and want to exchange my PTS for AGS and ive heard of the 3 sites to check but they list wildly different values.

At this moment

Since the second 2 sites are both the same i assume thats the correct number.  But why the huge difference?  Which to believe in how much i will receive?

Use the site with the highest daily donation as its likely the one with the most current data.  The amount of AGS you receive is not fixed since it's an auction.. you just have to roll the dice.
