Code: [Select]
{"desired_number_of_connections":100, "maximum_number_of_connections":500}

I just entered this in and my connections just went up to 32.

There is a bug that may require you to restart from time to time to maintain high connection count.

There are about 17 or so nodes NOT behind a firewall.

I have mine set to 50 desired and I have been hovering around 30 connections and I haven't missed a block yet. My connection speed is 100Mbit though.

I'm also using high desired_number_of_connections.
My connections fluctuate around 100.
They are slowly increasing after client start with about 20 per hour until they reach ~100.

Try

Code: [Select]
network_set_advanced_node_paramters {"desired_number_of_connections":100}

It seems I am not getting more than 29 connections and fluctuating down to 25 every block or so. Is there a max amount? Or a minimum amount to be a "good" delegate. Will adding nodes manually help?
