1337 = leet in "geek speak" = elite

1776 is when the US signed the declaration of independence.  Symbolic as Bitshares is like independence from the centralized economy we have today.

Not sure if I'm just seeing patterns, where none exist, but it's kinda fun when you see orders bundled up on interesting/geeky numbers.

Next 0.00001776? :)

Or heck why not even 0.0001776 :)

just out of curiosity: what's the pattern? 1337 and 1776 seems not like a pattern to me.. 1331 and 1771 maybe =)

I bought a bunch at 1337 just because I couldn't resist the symbolism  8)

A few minutes ago we also had 666 registered delegates with more than 0 votes, I wanted to screenshot it but was too late and now there are 667! :)

OFF TOPIC:
Anyone else see the article about the ship discovered beneath the world trade center that was built in 1773 in Philadelphia?

Well, that reminded me of 1776.

And that, reminded me BitShares.  Lately, everything reminds me of BitShares.  ;D
