BTX客户端不能同步

win7系统，安装完0.3.0版本成功后，无法同步，也不能注册用户名了。
一直提示： Transaction scanning progress is 0% Severe network problems | Not connected 。不知道是什么原因，网络是正常的，请大侠给予解答，谢谢！

win7不行，win xp又可以了，看来还是btx软件不够兼容呀
