Upgraded without issue as well, but I still need lots of votes to get into the top 101!

Most of the accumulated fee to pay delegates is from creating BTA, instead of transaction fee. 0.5BTSX is too much, if the price of BTSX jump high in future.

It is a wallet setting, in future versions we will have all delegates post the fee they will accept and the wallet will alert the user to how much they must pay and how long a delay it will be until it gets included if they attempt to "cheap out".

Fees are not part of blockchain validation at this point in time.  Also clients will be able to set a "relay" fee.  This will ultimately lead to a flexible fee based upon real costs.
sounds great. :D

0.5 btsx is too expensive.

I think it is should fed price in 0.1 bitusd.

Such as 1 btsx=1 bitusd   fee=0.1btsx
             1 btsx=10 bitusd  fee=0.01btsx
             1 btsx=0.01 bitusd fee=10btsx

i think eventually it will be market driven and possibly dynamically tagged to bitusd based on delegate votes (delegates set a fee and users can vote in/out delegates based on what that fee is). The 0.5 is just until the fee-market is established.
maintains an Ubuntu PPA: https://launchpad.net/~showard314/+archive/ubuntu/bitshares [15% delegate] wallet_account_set_approval maqifrnswa true [50% delegate] wallet_account_set_approval delegate1.maqifrnswa true

Delegates and other interested users make sure to subscribe to the delegate notification thread: https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=7067.0

This is a version only for delegates, exchanges, and seed nodes. GUI version will be provided later.

All Delegates and seed nodes should upgrade their nodes to this version. The hard fork number keep unchanged.

Delegates do NOT publish price feeds until confident all delegates and users are upgraded. Publish price feed operation will officially hardfork the chain and freeze old clients. We recommended all delegates wait until latest XTS testnet is thoroughly tested before publishing price feed.

GUI will be provided soon. All clients must upgrade before hardfork is initiated or syncing will freeze.

Download and build from:
https://github.com/dacsunlimited/bitsharesx/releases/tag/0.4.2

Suggestions:
1. Active Delegate, be careful and make sure you are producing blocks during upgrading.
2. There will be re-indexing.

Change Log:
- [0.4.2 REQUIRED HARDFORK UPDATE] New market engine fixes[/b]
- [HARDFORK] Block 274000 - Old clients will no longer sync after 2014-08-20 15:30:00 UTC[/b]
- Wallet transaction fee now defaults to 0.5 BTSX
- Upgrade requires re-indexing
