You have to set the CMAKE flag to build teh QT_WALLET..

  cmake -DINCLUDE_QT_WALLET=TRUE -DCMAKE_PREFIX_PATH=/usr/local/ssl  .

I'm getting hung up on the last 2 steps...
When I run

Code Select
make buildweb

I get

Code Select
make: *** No rule to make target `buildweb'.  Stop.

Any help is appreciated!
